Analysis of Village Community Participation on Development Financed by Village Fund Finance in Sei Dadap District, Asahan Regency (2015-2016)

Introduction

The success of development projects in rural areas depends on the level of community participation. In 2015 to 2016, Sei Dadap District in Asahan Regency carried out various development projects financed by village funds. This study aims to analyze the extent of community participation in the development process. The methodology used in this study is a combination of descriptive qualitative approaches to analyze the form and level of community participation, as well as quantitative analysis to examine the influence of community socio-economic conditions on the form of participation in each stage of development.

Methodology

The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling, where the number of respondents was determined using the Slovin formula.
