Introduction

The measuring instrument used included the scale of employee attachment and the scale of organizational culture. Data was analyzed using simple regression methods to determine the relationship between organizational culture and employee attachment.

Results

The results of the study showed a positive influence between organizational culture and employee attachment. This means that the stronger the organizational culture that is internalized by employees, the higher their level of attachment.
