The primary objective of this study is to develop a spectrophotometric method with the Double Divisor Ratio Spectra Derivative approach to determine the levels of vitamins B1, B6, and B12 in tablet dosage without the need for complicated separation processes. Methodology

This study uses the Double Divisor Ratio Spectra Derivative method with a spectrum derivative in the first derivative (Δλ 2) and uses methanol as a solvent. The method is validated through linearity parameters, accuracy, precision, detection limit (LOD), and quantitation limits (LOQ) to ensure its accuracy and reliability.

The percentage of recovery for vitamins B1, B6, and B12 respectively is 99.82%, 100.56%, and 100.75%. The relative standard deviation (RSD) for the three vitamins is 1.23%, 1.22%, and 3.50%.
