Of the total population of 192 people, researchers used the stratified random sampling method to determine the number of samples totaling 66 people. The required data is collected through a questionnaire, which is then analyzed using path analysis (path analysis) with a significance level of 5%.

This study found three results in accordance with the proposed hypothesis. First, the participatory budget has a positive and significant influence on managerial performance.
