Analysis of Variations in the Ratio of NH4Cl Electrolyte Mass Ratios, Cu/Graphic Anode Layered Nano and Nano-Coated Graphic Cathode in the Primary Battery Prototype

Introduction

The analysis of the performance of our primary battery prototypes is carried out using X-Ray Diffraction (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscope-Energy Dispersive X-Ray (SEM-EDX), and Multimeter. The XRD data results indicate the presence of a weak and width of C (002) at 2θ = 24.32 °, which proves that GBN is successfully synthesized. This XRD data is consistent with the SEM-EDX results, where the thin layer of GBN can be seen.

Results

The analysis of the performance of our primary battery prototypes shows that the conductivity value, power density, and energy density are strongly influenced by the composition and mass ratio of its constituent components. The selection of 1: 2: 1 ratio shows excellence in terms of conductivity and energy density. This can be associated with an increase in the number of NH4Cl electrolytes that function to increase ion mobility in the battery, which in turn can improve overall performance.

The findings of this study can open the way for more efficient and environmentally friendly battery development.
