Meanwhile, MG (Magnesium) fertilizer also shows a significant effect on oil palm productivity. This fertilizer is one of the important elements in supporting plant growth and ensuring that plants get the nutrients needed to grow optimally. By paying attention and optimizing the use of this fertilizer, farmers can increase their crop yields, which in turn can increase productivity and income.

The results of this study provide valuable insights for farmers and managers of oil palm plantations in Panji Bay IV. To increase productivity and income, farmers are advised to focus on the efficiency of the use of raw materials such as fertilizers and pesticides, and ensure that labor costs are well managed.
