Meanwhile, CKD patients without hepatitis had an average hemoglobin of 8.21 ± 1.50 g/dl, hematocrit average 25.25 ± 4.37%, and median value hepcidin levels 30.33 (11.65-141.53). The analysis using the Spearman's RHO test showed a significant positive relationship between hepcidin and hemoglobin levels (R = 0.439, p = 0.032) and between hepcidin and hematocrit (R = 0.021, p = 0.024) in CKD patients with chronic hepatitis C.
