One of the special tasks in this project is to design in detail the evaporator that will be used in the production process. The specifications of the evaporator are as follows:

Evaporator Volume (V): 27.518 m³
Thickness (T): 0.25 inch
Number of Tubes (NT): 10,195 pieces
Hot Transfer Area (A): 1,794 m²
