This program is designed to facilitate the transition from theory to practice, build self-confidence, and encourage independence. However, the implementation of the Preceptorship at the University of North Sumatra (USU) Hospital apparently holds a number of challenges that hamper the learning process of Nursing Student Clinics.

Preceptorship is a crucial component of nursing education, providing students with hands-on experience and guidance from experienced professionals. The program is designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge necessary to become competent healthcare professionals.
