The sample was taken using the census method, where the sample was taken based on certain criteria and the number was less than 100 people.

The results of the study show that simultaneously, disciplined and rewarded had a positive and significant influence on employee work productivity at PT. PLN (Persero) Main Development Unit of Sumatra I Medan. In addition, partially, rewards are proven to be a dominant factor that affects employee productivity. The R Square Determination coefficient of 0.389 shows that 38.9% of employee work productivity can be explained by discipline and rewards, while the remaining 61.1% is influenced by other factors that have not been studied, such as work safety and employee health.
