From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the dynamics of interpersonal communication in the University of North Sumatra Photography UKM for the 2017 period experienced a number of challenges. Lack of coordination between members, as well as ineffective communication management, resulting in work programs designed cannot be implemented properly. Therefore, it is essential for photography SMEs to improve existing communication patterns by establishing better cooperation between seniors and juniors. Building good communication within the organization will create a more harmonious atmosphere and support the success of each program that is run.

Based on the findings of this study, the following recommendations are made:
